Where do you hold the events?

We're located in Barton Stacey, 6 miles outside of Andover. We're just off the A303 so it's easy access to get to. It's also 18 miles from Basingstoke and 10 miles from Winchester.

Do we need to arrive early?

Accepted Answer

Please try to arrive 15 minutes before the time of your session and book in with one of the team. Please don't arrive too early as there might be other customers trying to leave the event and we don't want it to get to crowded for safety reasons. Once your session has finished, please try to leave the area as we have to get the event ready for the next session.

Is your event disability inclusive?

At this moment in time, we can only cater for SEN but please note that we don't have any cars that have adaptions to cater for physical disabilities.

Are there toilets at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however, please note that these are porta-pottis. There are service stations 5 minutes away on each side of the A303 that have fully functional washroom facilities if you prefer to use these.

What is your cancellation policy?

Where you have made a booking or purchased vouchers from us, you may cancel the booking at any time within 14 days of your booked event without losing your money
To cancel, please let us know that you wish to cancel by emailing us at events@superdriveacademy.co.uk or by calling 07957995563
When you cancel a booking and you’re within the 14-day cancellation policy, we will do our upmost best to give you a refund as quickly as we can. If you cancel less than 14 days before an event or you fail to attend an event, you shall not be entitled to any refund or credit note.

Are the cars manual or automatic?

We offer a variety of different transmissions, this ranges from manuals, automatics and EV's. We always try to give you the car of your choice but we can't guarantee that this will always be possible as this all depends on the availability of cars we have on that day. If you do have a do have a certain type of vehicle your child would like to try please make it aware during the briefing and we will do our best to move around students where possible.

Question 7

Is there an age and height restriction?

Yes, drivers must be over 4ft 10 inches tall and must be 11 years old or over.

Does my child need a Provisional licence to take part?

Accepted Answer

No, this is not a requirement to enjoy one of our lessons.
